  1. Log in to LanternOps
  2. In the sidebar, click Settings (under Administration)
  3. Select Revenue Opportunities

High Sensitivity:

  • Detects more opportunities
  • Lower confidence threshold
  • More false positives
  • Good for aggressive sales

Low Sensitivity:

  • Fewer opportunities
  • Higher confidence required
  • Fewer false positives
  • Good for consultative approach

Map gaps to your specific services:

  • Define service offerings
  • Set pricing (MRR/ARR)
  • Map to compliance controls
  • Set recommended customer types

Adjust factors that influence confidence:

  • Integration data quality
  • Customer industry match
  • Historical close rates
  • Budget indicators

Enable/disable opportunity categories:

  • Compliance gap opportunities
  • Coverage gap opportunities
  • Service upgrade opportunities
  • Security risk opportunities
