Customize Customer Portal Branding
Portal Branding Overview
Section titled “Portal Branding Overview”The customer portal can be fully white-labeled to match your MSP brand, ensuring customers see your company - not LanternOps.
Accessing Branding Settings
Section titled “Accessing Branding Settings”- Log into LanternOps
- Click Settings → Portal Branding
- Configure your brand elements
Logo Configuration
Section titled “Logo Configuration”Upload Your Logo:
- Recommended size: 240x60px (transparent PNG)
- Maximum file size: 500KB
- Supports: PNG, SVG, JPG
Logo Placement:
- Portal header (top left)
- PDF reports
- Email notifications
- Login page
Color Scheme
Section titled “Color Scheme”Primary Color:
- Used for buttons, links, accents
- Example: #0066CC (your brand blue)
Secondary Color:
- Used for highlights, hover states
- Example: #00AA44 (your brand green)
Neutral Colors:
- Background: White or light gray
- Text: Dark gray or black
- Borders: Light gray
Preview: Real-time preview shows changes instantly
Custom Domain
Section titled “Custom Domain”Setup Your Domain:

- Enable SSL (automatic)

Colors Don’t Match:
