Fifteen to one, nearly. 404 fleet hours, 28 of mine. Three weeks now under thirty, which I’m starting to believe is the new floor rather than a dip.
The work this week was infrastructure for other people’s arrival. Migration guides, bulk import, a posture report for a fleet you haven’t moved yet. None of it is exciting to build. All of it is the difference between a product a firm can try and a product a firm can switch to.
What shipped
Breeze. v0.104.0. The RMM migration epic: guides for moving from the incumbents, bulk org and site import with external links back to the source system, a fleet migration posture report, script bundle import and export, and unattended tenancy provisioning through partner service principals. A GPO, Intune, and JAMF mass-deployment guide. The QuickBooks importer moved onto the same import seam so there’s one way in, not two.
Quick Support landed: one-time-code ad-hoc remote sessions, for the person who isn’t enrolled and needs help now. The Tier-3 approval split into supervised and four-eyes. Read-only Tier-2 calls auto-execute under per-step approval, so the AI stops asking permission to look. Billing, quote, catalog, and contract tools are now in the in-product chat. Organization contacts became first-class instead of a JSON blob. Chunked resumable package uploads with real progress. A CVE got fixed by an override on Tuesday and another on Thursday, which is just what open source looks like now.
Hive. Switchable LLM connections: any Anthropic-compatible endpoint, per agent, with the secret threaded to children and an in-flight budget abort. Connection tests are SSRF-constrained and can’t leak the secret they’re testing. A fleet manager agent that can make, edit, and manage other agents. The features board on the dashboard. And the delivery outbox for external actions, with the Ask verb explicitly refused for anything that leaves the building.
Pressless. A full security review remediation, a hundred and thirteen commits: isolated user-controlled site builds in a runner with an enforced capability origin, atomic credit reservations across concurrent AI runs, safe outbound fetch with pinned DNS, impersonation sessions that are bounded and audited, and password reset tokens consumed atomically. The production schema history had drifted from what was deployed; it’s repaired and the deploy now fails when a migration is silently skipped.
OliveTech. Workflow level.
What’s queued
Breeze’s package-manager software library. Hive’s CRM, which I’ve been designing for two weeks and haven’t let ship. Pressless goes back to features after a month of hardening.
If you’re doing the math on what one person and a fleet can hold, there’s a door.
